I bought a 650
front fork and cut off material to make it in to a 20". I re-epoxied
the drop outs into the ends. This meant that the hub would be narrowed
because of the decreasing space.
I
then modified an M5 monoblade hub, and mounted it to a Sun M14 A 18 hole
rim.

distance between drop outs in the modified fork is 80 mm. Note the
difference between a standard 100 mm fork.
